Clackamas Community Land Trust is grateful for the Membership support throughout the year. Believe it or not, grants and public funds cover only 59% of the true cost of running CCLT annually. CCLT’s ability to help people become homeowners is in large part due to the many gifts we receive.

About CCLT
Since 1999, we have been making homeownership a reality to individuals and families in Clackamas County.  Homeownership would not have been possible for our homeowners without CCLT.

Many of our homeowners lived with rent instability, the inability to personalize their space, plant a garden, or put roots down to create a stable environment for a family.  Each homeowner has a unique story that led them to Clackamas Community Land Trust, but each has a similar outcome: a place to call home.
