See our Juneberry Lane subdivision at 107 Morton Road near Providence Willamette Falls Hospital in Oregon City. There are three home models to choose from — 2 bedroom/single story, 3 bedroom/single story and 3 bedroom/2 story.  These homes are made available to households earning up to 80% of Area Median Income (see chart below) and who have not owned a home in the past 3 years.

The development is certified as an Earth Advantage Community and all the homes are LEED-Platinum Certified, ensuring they are as healthy for homeowners and the environment as possible. Homes have fenced yards and a shared common space for gardening and gathering. Buyers are required to contribute 50 hours (single adult households) or 100 hours (two adult households) towards landscaping and/or interior painting.
