Homebuyer Education Workshop
Buying a home can be complicated. But CCLT provides the tools and training to help you successfully purchase a home. We offer an 8-hour homebuyer education workshop (held monthly), designed to help the first-time homebuyer understand the home purchase process. This workshop is open to everyone.
Based on the ABC’s of Homebuying curriculum, this workshop is led by experts from the housing industry, including a mortgage banker, real estate agent, insurance agent, home inspector, and a title officer. These speakers cover a number of topics (as described below) and will answer any questions you may have.
The fee for the workshop is $30 for one participant, and $35 for two.
