Orientation

This is a FREE one-hour session that provides an overview of all the CCLT programs, with particular emphasis on the CCLT Homeownership Program.

CCLT staff will provide information on:

-The history of CCLT
-Income and other qualifications
-Key points in the CCLT Land Lease
-The Resale Formula
-Steps to becoming a CCLT homeowner
-Housing Counseling
-First Time Homebuyer Education
-Financial Education
-Individual Development Accounts (IDA)

Along with the information, staff will provide you with the paperwork necessary to start the process to homeownership through CCLT.  This includes an application and an authorization to obtain your credit report.

Orientations are held on the third Wednesday of each month, or by appointment. We meet at 6:00 PM at the CCLT office, located at 5427 Glen Echo Ave, Gladstone, OR 97027. Please use the side entrance off Glen Echo Ave. If you would like to attend an orientation, please fill-out the form below.
