Madeira Neighborhood
Built in 2002, this community of six homes was CCLT’s first new construction development. The six-house neighborhood consists of 3 and 4 bedroom homes, it sits on the edge of a steep slope that was deeded as a conservation easement to Clackamas County. The easement is maintained by a consortium of organizations led by the Tsunami Crew that includes CCLT, AmeriCorps, and Committed Partners for Youth. The groups have spent countless hours removing invasive species and planting native trees along the slope as part of the Three Creeks Restoration project.
