CCLT Appoints Sustainable Builder as New Executive Director
CCLT Wins National U.S. Green Building Council’s Award for Outstanding Affordable Housing Project
CCLT is the 2006 national winner of the Award of Excellence for Affordable Housing Built Responsibly, homeownership category, from the Home Depot Foundation. This highly competitive award recognized the innovative and comprehensive green building approach that exemplifies CCLT’s commitment to sustainability.
Since our founding in 1999, we have brought homes into trust in Milwaukie, Clackamas and Oregon City and Molalla, Oregon. In addition to our Home Purchase Program, CCLT teaches first-time homebuyer and financial education classes, and provides individual counseling for people on their path to homeownership.
