The Juneberry Lane Project is nearing completion
We are nearing completion at our Juneberry Lane project, the home to 12 new permanently affordable homes in Oregon City. Just the four bedrooms have some more work to go. Juneberry Lane homes have been offered to the Qualified Buyer List and we are currently signing sales agreements. Now is your chance to own a home! CCLT will be out and about this summer
If you would like to speak with someone from CCLT, please come visit us at events throughout the county during the summer. Here’s a list of events we’ll be involved in:
- Milwaukie Daze Festival, July 23 & 24, at the Jefferson Boat Ramp
- NAYA Housing to Homeownership Fair, July 31st 10am-3pm, 5135 NE Columbia Blvd.
- Overland Park National Night Out, August 3 5:30-8:30, Mill Park
- Oregon City Farmer’s Market, August 7 9am-2pm, 2051 Kaen Rd
